Users and passwords- by default users and passwords is not set. To setup go to setup - Users and Passwords
There are four different types of users that can be setup:
| 1. | System administrator |
| 2. | Center Manager |
| 3. | Administrative Assistant |
| 4. | Read only. |
To add click the add button.
Enter in the full name, login name, password and role. (System, Manager, Administrative, Read Only). A dialing suffix for that user to call would also be added here.
Add more if necessary, then close when finished.
The next time you open Bowler TRAC, you will be prompted to enter in the login name if the one showing is not yours and enter the password.
NOTE: To retrieve a forgotten password, send the current Database to Bowler TRAC support.
Go to Help - Database Upload
To send to BPAA, select "Backup of Current Database"
Enter Authorization = Help!
Click OK
