View Leagues
Leagues Defined
A league is a form of organized play where people participate on a regular basis. Some examples of league-types include the following: bowling, darts, pool, and volleyball. In many instances, people participate in a league once a week.
Purpose of Leagues
Bowler TRAC enables users to market leagues to people.
Automatically creating Leagues
To add a league automatically, follow the procedures to receive data from the National Data Services Bowler TRAC Start up Guide. The automatic download will include only sanctioned leagues.
Adding a League (one at a time)
The General tab is used to enter information about the league.
The Profile tab is used to enter the type, eligibility requirements, cost, and benefits of the league.
The Participant tab is used to enter information about the participants in a league. Choose this tab to add or delete a person from a league.
The Officers tab is used to enter the officers of a league. The Notes tab is used to enter miscellaneous information about the league.
Editing a League
Click the 'Edit' button to change any information about the league.
Deleting a League
Deleting a league will not delete people from Bowler TRAC. Only the league will be deleted.

Edit/Add a League
The General tab is used to enter information about the league. The Profile tab is used to enter the type, eligibility requirements, cost, and benefits of the league. The Participant tab is used to enter information about the participants in a league. Choose this tab to add or delete a person from a league. The History Option displayed at the bottom of the leagues screen, shows all the previous and upcoming league sessions for a particular defined league (if available).
Add Option on History Screen Adds a league session to the league.
Edit Option on History Screen
Delete Option on History Screen Deletes a league session from the league.
Un-history it The Un-history it option basically breaks up the relationship of grouped league sessions. This would cause the league session to appear as a single league session and show up when you run the Merge Duplicate Leagues process under Tools.

Find Matching Leagues
To select only leagues with a specific characteristics enter the needed common elements. Note that a matching league must meet ALL the criteria. |
