View Organizations

 

Organizations Defined

 

An organization is group of people who are unified for some purpose or work.

Some examples of organizations include the following: employers, churches, civic groups, retail outlets, and businesses etc.

 

Purpose of Organizations

 

Organizations enable users to target market to people who belong to the same organization.

 

Adding Organizations

 

The National ID field on the general tab is the National Id number for the organization.  This number resides in the National Data Services database.

Choose the Add Member button on the Member tab to add a member to an organization.

Choose the Delete Member button on the Member tab to delete a member from an organization.

The Appendix of the Bowler TRAC User Guide contains a blank data entry form to add organizations.

 

Deleting an Organization

 

Deleting an organization will not delete people from Bowler TRAC.  Only the organization will be deleted.

Edit/Add Organization
