BowlerTRAC is a customized marketing application designed exclusively for BPAA member bowling centers. |
BowlerTRAC allows bowling proprietors to create a database of all customers. This data can then be used to create targeted programs, generate mailing lists, letters, emails, and telemarketing lists. In turn, this allows you to market your center, which will encourage more traffic, translating in to increased PROFITS!

- Support for the Microsoft Vista Operating System has been completed.
- A new analysis report has been added. This report is called "Custom Demographics" and can be found at the bottom of the list of reports shown in the Reports Wizard.
- Support added for SQL Server 2005.
- People with no addresses have been removed from the address correction worksheet report.
- Added ability to add people imported to an organization, league, or event.
- Strengthened the Bowler TRAC user password for SQL Server to exceed typical windows password policies.
- Support has been added for the new Microsoft Access ODBC driver that is shipped with Microsoft Office 2007.
- Updated the IP address for communication with National Data Services
- Changed the interactive support option to use a LogMeIn Rescue - to speed up connections
- Added support for addition screen resolutions - for larger screens.
- The type of game shown when you view the game profile tab of a person is now the last game profile you viewed for that person. In the past, the default game profile shown was the last game profile viewed for any person.
